Pyramid Amber Weizen

Slightly bitter with a hint of soy sauce as a light aftertaste, this is a great beer for enjoying with a meal. The beer also has a hint of cherry wood and raw cranberry. I ma surprisingly pleased with this beer, which goes to show you that you should never write off a beer brewer just because you may not like other beers that the brewer produces. You are really doing yourself a dis-service by being so closed-minded; I myself was guilty of this till recently. The only detractor is that the beer is perhaps best only with food. But other than that, it is wonderful.
